Clearly identify and agree what the
organisations role is and what it is there to produce in terms of outputs.

Identify what skills (based on the PSG framework and the Government IT Framework derived form SFIA
or any other appropriate skills framework) your organisation needs to produce those outputs. We call this an organisational
“Skills Footprint”.

Identify what skills the organisation has got and what gaps and surpluses it has (Gap
Analysis).

Begin the process of planning to fill those gaps and maximise the potential of the surpluses.

Identify the “skills footprints” of teams within the organisation and
how those teams fit together.

Identify the “skills footprints” of individuals which will enable them
to begin to plan their careers more effectively.

Introduce individuals to the Enriching Peoples PARAGLIDER model as
part of this workshop for the achievement of individual success in terms of career development.
